We only collect what we need in order to quote and carry out cleaning work. That is typically your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property to be cleaned. If you send us photos of a property, we collect those too. If you call us, we may keep a note of the enquiry.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers or identity documents through this website.
We use your information to prepare a quote, arrange access to the property, complete the clean, invoice you, and follow up if your property manager flags anything within the re-clean guarantee period. Where you have asked us to, we may contact you about the job or a future booking.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not trade it or pass it to advertisers. We share it only where it is necessary to do the work you have asked for, for example with the cleaners assigned to your job, or with a real estate agent or property manager where you have asked us to deal with them on your behalf. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Our website runs on WordPress and may set cookies needed for the site to work properly and to keep it secure. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses, browser type and the pages visited. This information is used to keep the site running and secure, not to build a profile of you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
We keep quote and job records for as long as we need them to service the job and to meet our tax and business record-keeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or de-identify it.
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.
